Please read these terms carefully. By registering and using ZG777, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause below.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZG777 platform, including the website at zg777.onl, the ZG777 mobile app and any related services operated under the ZG777 brand. By creating an account, logging in or placing any bet or wager on the ZG777 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

ZG777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of ZG777 after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a ZG777 account you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZG777 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual person using your own identity — corporate or group registrations are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended ZG777 account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your mobile number and your date of birth.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where use of online gaming platforms is not explicitly prohibited by law.

ZG777 reserves the right to request verification of any of the above at any time. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one ZG777 account. Attempting to create multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent a suspension or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. ZG777 uses mobile number verification, device fingerprinting and payment method checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed, all bonuses will be voided and any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your ZG777 login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — confidential. Do not share your account access with any other person. 3. Deposits and Payments

All funds deposited to ZG777 must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a person pays on behalf of another player — are not permitted. If such a deposit is identified, ZG777 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation and return the funds to the original source.

ZG777 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, particularly for bank transfers. Please check with your bank or wallet provider before depositing. Deposits are generally credited to your ZG777 account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at ZG777 are processed in PKR and paid back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount varies by payment method and is shown on the withdrawal page in your account.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its wagering requirement before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• ZG777 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to two working days depending on banking hours and your financial institution's processing times. ZG777 does not control the processing speed of your bank or mobile wallet provider once a withdrawal has been approved from our side.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ZG777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slots, cashback offers and loyalty rewards tied to the ZG777 VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus offer:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly when the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period from the date of activation. Unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

These promotions carry their own specific terms which will be published alongside the promotion. General bonus rules apply in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

ZG777 provides access to slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms and sports betting markets. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. ZG777 acts as the platform through which these games are accessed, and the outcomes of all games are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer mechanics, neither of which can be influenced by ZG777 or by the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZG777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with games.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or bingo environments.

ZG777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where evidence of unfair play, technical error or manipulation is identified. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at ZG777 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic competitions), football, esports and other major sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted up until the start of the relevant event or market, unless live/in-play betting is available for that market.

• In-play betting odds update in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked in and will not change.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant market, typically within a few minutes of the event concluding.

8. Account Verification (KYC)

ZG777 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process, commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer), involves submitting the following documents through your ZG777 account:

• Identity document: A clear photograph or scan of your valid CNIC (both sides).

11. Limitation of Liability

ZG777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. ZG777 will not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages or network problems outside our control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banks.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the ZG777 platform.

In all cases, ZG777's maximum liability to any single player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim giving rise to the liability.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your ZG777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

ZG777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of: fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, use of the platform by a person under 18, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, or any activity that ZG777 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform or other players.

13. Governing Terms and Contact
